As a Christian charity, Open Door Exmouth is dedicated to upholding the values and standards outlined in the Faithworks Charter. It guides us to remain faithful to our Christian values as a charity while meeting the practical needs of our community with excellence and respect. Whilst some of our staff and volunteers do have a Christian faith, we are very clear that our role is not to impose that faith on each other, our customers or service users. We will respect, work with, and support everyone who comes to us, whatever their faith (or none) and whatever their lifestyle.
